Here are some ways to set the mood:

  • Light candles (buy non-paraffin vegetable waxes)

  • Turn off overhead lights and turn on lamps

  • Play your favorite relaxing playlist

  • Use your preferred aromatherapy oils in a diffuser or other method to add aroma to your space (more on this in our sensory vision crafting section).
