A $500 deposit will register you and hold your spot in the Retreat.
You will have 14 days at which time the deposit becomes non-refundable.

NEXT STEPS:
Make sure you have a valid passport. There is about an 8 week turnaround for new passports.
Please note: Costa Rica requires passports to be valid 3 months after your entry date into the country.
Purchase your plane ticket asap. Contact us if you need any extra help with your flight.
Flights should be round trip to San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO) arriving sometime the day of May 9th (we will pick you up in an air-conditioned mini-bus). You should be back in San Jose by 6pm on May 17th.
Guests will be picked up at the Airport Holiday Inn on May 10th at 8am and returned to the San Jose Holiday Inn on the evening of May 17th.

Cancellations:
We know life happens, things come up, people get sick, work throws you a curveball, we get it. Our cancellation policies are as flexible as we can make them without leaving ourselves vulnerable to the full cost of our reservation. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to soulnektar9@gmail.com on or before April 2, 2025.
50% of the balance paid toward your reservation (minus the deposit) will be refunded. Sorry, no refunds issued after the cancellation deadline.
Important:
We reserve the right to make any changes deemed necessary in the event that we need to adjust the location or itinerary or any aspect of the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, natural disaster, illness, etc.)
